Cancellation Policy

When you book with Rent‑A‑Dye, you agree to the terms below. Please read before completing your reservation. All bookings require full payment at the time of checkout. Your rental is not confirmed until payment is received, and you receive a confirmation message. Delivery and pickup times will be scheduled based on your event details, and someone 18 or older must be present at both delivery and pickup. If no one is available or the location is inaccessible, additional fees may apply and refunds may not be issued. Please make sure your delivery location is safe, accessible, and has a flat surface for setup. Once delivered, you are responsible for the table until we pick it up. Keep the table clean, dry, and protected from weather. Damage, loss, or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your rental are eligible for a full refund or full credit. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable. Weather‑related cancellations may be eligible for rescheduling or credit at our discretion. If you are not present at delivery, the booking is considered a no‑show and is non‑refundable. A redelivery fee may apply if rescheduling is possible. By booking, you acknowledge that dye table games involve physical activity and assume all risks associated with their use. Rent‑A‑Dye is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from use of the equipment. If you have any questions before booking, please contact us.
