By booking, renting, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

1. Definitions

  • “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to Rent‑A‑Dye.

  • “Customer,” “you,” “your” refers to the individual or entity renting equipment or using our website.

  • “Equipment” refers to dye tables, accessories, and any rental items provided by Rent‑A‑Dye.

  • “Rental Period” refers to the time between delivery and pickup of the Equipment.

2. Eligibility

To rent from Rent‑A‑Dye, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information

  • Agree to all terms outlined in this document

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or directly through Rent‑A‑Dye.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payments through Wix’s secure payment system and other approved processors.

  • Prices listed on the website are subject to change at any time.

4. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup times will be confirmed after booking.

  • You must be present at the delivery location at the scheduled time.

  • If no one is available at delivery or pickup, additional fees may apply.

  • Delivery is available within Rochester, NY and surrounding areas.

5. Customer Responsibilities

During the Rental Period, you agree to:

  • Use the Equipment responsibly and for its intended purpose

  • Keep the Equipment in good condition

  • Avoid exposing the Equipment to excessive moisture, fire, or unsafe environments

  • Ensure the Equipment is not stolen, lost, or damaged

You are responsible for the Equipment from the moment it is delivered until it is picked up.

6. Damage, Loss & Cleaning Fees

You agree to pay for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Replacement costs if the Equipment is lost or stolen

  • Cleaning fees if the Equipment is returned excessively dirty or damaged by spills

Normal wear and tear is expected and will not incur additional charges.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the rental date may be eligible for a refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental date may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of Rent‑A‑Dye.

  • Weather‑related cancellations may be eligible for rescheduling or credit.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Equipment for:

  • Illegal activities

  • Events that violate local laws or property rules

  • Commercial resale or sub‑rental

  • Any purpose that may cause harm to people or property

We reserve the right to terminate a rental immediately if prohibited use is suspected.

9. Liability & Assumption of Risk

By renting from Rent‑A‑Dye, you acknowledge:

  • Dye table games involve physical activity and may pose risks

  • You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that occur during use

  • Rent‑A‑Dye is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from use of the Equipment

You agree to indemnify and hold Rent‑A‑Dye harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Equipment.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to access restricted areas

  • Upload harmful code or interfere with site functionality

  • Use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Changes to These Terms
